Mel Goot is joined by area musicians from local high schools and colleges to give young listeners the opportunity to discover the joys of Jazz music. Kids will learn about Improvisation, Music Collaboration and the instruments played in a fun and kid-friendly environment! Admission is free!

Klassics for Kids and Jive with Jazz are interactive concerts, designed to expose children to the joys of live classical music and jazz. Parents and care-givers are encouraged to help youngsters develop skills appropriate to a live performance in an informal atmosphere.
