A native of Connecticut, Jackie Nash started her pre-professional ballet training at age eight at the Connecticut Dance School u nder the direction of Alan Woodard.  Later she attended the residency program at the Rock School for Dance Education. She also participated in summer programs at American Academy of Ballet, Chautauqua Institute, Nutmeg Conservatory and Miami City Ballet.  She has spent the past year dancing with the Atlanta Ballet and has enjoyed dancing roles such as Marya in John McFall’s Nutcracker and works by James Kudelka, Mark Godden, Lila York and Matt Kent of Pilobolus Dance Theater.  Jackie also loves watching movies and going sailing.
